 overy Action Plan or (WRAP) is a self-designed prevention and wellness pro
 cess that anyone can use to get well\, stay well and make their life the w
 ay they want it to be. It is now used extensively by people in all kinds o
 f circumstances all over the world to address all kinds of physical\, ment
 al and life issues.\n\n\n\n\n\nIn partnership with ROCK\, THRC now has a c
 ertified facilitator to offer this and future sessions and is pleased to o
 ffer WRAP at no charge to the Halton Early Years and Child Care community.
 \n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a peer led group to support caregiver's own wellness.\
